Flourishing Trusts Network
The National Society for Education’s Flourishing Trusts Network offers a collaborative space to listen, engage and discuss insights, to be challenged and supported with peers and other experts sharing educational, business and Christian perspectives.
Our vision
The Flourishing Trusts Network is a powerful, nationwide community of Education Trust CEOs and executive leaders, committed to deepening their Trusts’ visions and enabling every child and young person to live life to the full. Rooted in the principles of our Flourishing Together framework and its Christian heritage, the network supports leaders to sustain their own development, nurture the next generation of leaders, and face the future with confidence.
Throughout the year, members engage in a rich blend of strategic online briefings and in-person gatherings. Our webinars—hosted by the National Society for Education—offer timely insights into national education policy, sector priorities, and thought leadership from leading experts. These sessions not only inform but also empower Trust leaders to shape a collective voice across the sector.
In-person events, including three national gatherings and our FlourishED conference, provide space to connect, reflect, and lead. These are unique opportunities to explore trust-specific challenges, share wisdom, and gain fresh perspectives from peers and innovators within and beyond education.
With the strength of its growing membership, the Flourishing Trusts Network is uniquely positioned to advocate for meaningful change at a national level—amplifying the voice of Trust leaders and influencing the future of education across the country.
Who is it for?
Whether your Trust is CofE, Catholic, mixed, has another/no faith affiliation—the network is for you! We’re all gathered around the unifying concept of flourishing to collectively seek and lead the change we know is needed within the sector.
