The Church of England has committed to reaching Net Zero Carbon by 2030, including reducing emissions from school buildings. To support schools on this journey, the Net Zero Toolkit has been developed as a practical, step-by-step guide to planning and delivering decarbonisation projects.
Introducing the Toolkit
The toolkit has been transformed into an interactive online learning experience, helping school leaders, governors, diocesan teams, and estates professionals navigate each stage of a net zero project. Through nine structured modules, you will gain access to guidance, practical tools, templates, and examples that support informed decision-making from initial planning through to project delivery.
Whether you are at the beginning of your net zero journey or progressing an existing project, the toolkit provides a clear framework to help you manage risks, secure funding, engage stakeholders, and achieve successful outcomes.
