Beccy Earnshaw is the Interim CEO of The Difference, a school improvement leader, speaker and advocate for inclusive education. Her work focuses on creating cultures where every child is seen, heard and valued, with a particular emphasis on belonging, attendance, behaviour and relational leadership. 

Dr Donna-Marie Holder 

Walk in My Shoes 

Dr Donna-Marie Holder is the CEO of The Intersectional SEND Consultancy,  
educational consultant, trainer and advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, she supports schools in developing a deeper understanding of the barriers and opportunities experienced by pupils with additional needs. 

Bennie Kara 

The Invisible Student 

Bennie Kara is the Curriculum and Inclusion lead for the National Society. An educator, author and school leader with extensive experience in curriculum development, equality, diversity and inclusion. Her work encourages leaders to explore whose voices are heard, whose experiences are recognised and how schools can create cultures of belonging for all young people. 

Sarah Shreeve 

Leading Inclusion into the Future 

Sarah Shreeve is Head of Policy. Her work supports schools and trusts to develop strategic approaches that ensure every child can thrive academically, socially and spiritually.
