To reset your password, go to blackboard.nse.org.uk and follow the instructions in the video below.

If this still doesn’t work, there are a few troubleshooting steps to try.

Common issues

Please ensure that:

  1. You are using the correct URL (https://blackboard.nse.org.uk).

  2. You used the username we sent, and not an email address. Note that this may include your middle name, or even a number at the end.

  3. You copied the username and password without any spaces or text around them. The best way to check this is to paste the details into a word document to check they have copied correctly, before pasting into the Blackboard login page.

Clearing History and Cache

If the above steps didn’t help, it is possible your browser has retained an old password, or an error has occurred. The best way to do this is to clear your cache. Please see below for instructions for your browser:
